Clause 2.
Suggest that the number of ten should remain the maximum number for an ordinary partnership, as laid down in the Imperial Statute, unless there is some im- portant reason for change.
Clause 4(1)(ii); clause 5(1)(ii); clause 6(1)(ii).
Suggest the word "proposed" should not be
inserted.
Clause 19.
It is desirable that the prescribed payment for copies of the memorandum and articles should be as low as possible: that is to say, fifty cents rather
than one dollar.
Clause 27(1). It is desirable that the annual list of members
should be made up to the fourteenth day after the ord- inary general meeting, in order to secure uniformity with the Imperial Act and, I think, all the other Colon- ial Acts. The Board of Trade are anxious to see small differences of this kind avoided, for much commercial time is saved by uniformity.
Clause 27(4). The same applies.
